My products can be shipped to you, in every corner of the globe (almost)!
Orders are shipped once a week, usually on Fridays or Saturdays. They are sent from Hamburg, Germany using Deutsche Post as the carrier.
All prices are stated in Euro (EU).

STUDIO PICK-UP: FREE!
If you're in Hamburg, you have the possibility to pick up your order at the studio where I work.
Simple use the code O at checkout. I will then contact you directly to set a time when you can pick up your order.
GERMANY: 2,55 € for posters or drawings / 4,95 € for ceramics, or ceramics and posters and drawings together (unless specified on the product page)
Expected delivery time: 2-3 working days
EUROPE: 2,55 € for posters or drawings / 4,95 € for ceramics, or ceramics and posters or drawings together (unless specified on the product page)
Expected delivery time: up to 7 working days
REST OF THE WORLD : 7,50 € for posters / 11 € for ceramics, or ceramics and drawings or posters together (unless specified on the product page)
Expected delivery time: 2 weeks or more
- DUTIES & TAXES
If you leave outside of the European Union, customs duties and fees will apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method.
If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to me. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
- DAMAGES
Ceramics are very fragile. If you receive a broken or damaged shipment (this goes for posters too), please take photos of the parcel and its content, and contact me immediately at maiteoz@gmail.com
I will replace any damaged pieces free of charge, as long as there are in stock, or you will get a refund.
- RETURN POLICY & REFUND
Once you receive your parcel, you will have 14 days from the day of reception to return a product, given that it is unused and in its original container.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
In the case of return, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping freight and provide the return label.
